Common questions
How quickly can you survey after a storm?
Usually within a few days, weather permitting — we can't fly safely in high winds or heavy rain, so we book the first suitable window.
Do you do the repairs as well?
No. We are independent surveyors, which means our report describes what we found rather than what we'd like to sell you. You take it to whichever roofer you choose.
What if you find no damage?
You still get the full report. A documented 'no significant damage' record is useful evidence in itself, especially when selling or dealing with a factor.
