Your roof gets a permanent health record
A drone survey tells you the state of your roof today. The Roof Health Passport keeps that knowledge — so next year, after the next storm, or when you come to sell, you can show exactly how the roof has held up.
Covering Glasgow (G), Lanarkshire (ML), Edinburgh (EH), Falkirk & Stirling (FK) and Paisley (PA) postcodes.
Condition score history
Every survey scores the roof out of 100 with a plain-language grade. The passport plots those scores so you can see whether the roof is holding steady or slipping.
All your documents
Survey reports, invoices and any insurance evidence packs sit together on one page — useful at sale, remortgage or claim time.
Impartial open findings
A running list of what's still outstanding. AyeInspect never carries out repairs, so you can hand it to any roofer and compare quotes fairly.
Seasonal reminders
Gutter clearing before leaf fall, post-storm checks over winter, moss and valley checks in spring, plus the date your next full aerial check is due.
How you get yours
- 1. Book a survey. We fly the roof and photograph every slope, ridge, valley and gutter run.
- 2. Get your report. Each defect is circled on the photographs with a description and severity rating.
- 3. Your passport opens automatically. There's a private link on your report and in the report email — no account, no password. Every future survey of the same property is added to it.
Want it kept up to date for you?
RoofCare Annual adds a full drone survey every year after your first one, so the passport keeps building a year-on-year picture rather than a single snapshot.
