Common questions
Can hail damage really break a roof tile?
Yes. Large hail bruises and micro-cracks concrete and clay tiles. The tile stays in place, but water starts getting into the cracks and freeze-thaw finishes the job over the following winters.
Will my insurer accept drone photographs?
Insurers generally accept clear, date-stamped photographic evidence with a written description of each defect — that's exactly what our report provides. We can't submit or negotiate the claim for you.
How soon after a hailstorm should I book?
As soon as possible. Fresh impact marks are easier to identify and photograph, and most policies expect damage to be reported promptly.
