What is RoofCare Annual?

RoofCare Annual is a £79-a-year aftercare plan for a roof we have already surveyed. It includes one full drone roof survey every year from then on, your condition tracked over time, priority booking and a private online portal holding all of your past reports in one place.

How do I join RoofCare?

It's an add-on, not a standalone product. Book the standard £99 drone roof survey first; when your report is delivered you'll find a RoofCare Annual button on it. One tap takes you to secure Stripe checkout — we already have your details — and your plan is active the moment payment clears.

Why can't I buy RoofCare on its own?

Because the first survey is what makes everything else meaningful. RoofCare tracks change against a known baseline, so we need a full £99 survey on record before the plan can start. It also means the plan is never a cheaper back door into a first inspection.

When is my first included survey?

Accepted Answer

Your joining survey is the one you've just had. The plan then includes a full drone survey on each anniversary, and we contact you ahead of the date to book it.

How does the yearly survey get booked?

You don't need to remember it. Your renewal date is stored against your plan, and we contact you ahead of each anniversary to arrange the next flight. RoofCare members get priority over standard one-off bookings.

What is the private portal?

Every member gets a private link — no password to remember. It shows your plan status, your next survey due date and every report we've produced for the property, so you can compare year on year or forward one to an insurer at any time.

How much does RoofCare cost and how is it billed?

£79 per year on top of your original £99 survey, billed automatically each year to the payment method you used, through Stripe. We email you before each renewal so there are no surprises.

Which payment methods can I use?

Debit and credit card, PayPal, Pay By Bank App, Google Pay and Klarna are all supported at checkout through our secure Stripe payment page.

Can I cancel RoofCare?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from your private portal — one tap on 'Cancel plan'. Your cover continues until the end of the year you've already paid for, and you keep access to every report we've produced.

Which areas can join RoofCare?

Accepted Answer

The same areas we survey: Glasgow (G), Lanarkshire (ML), Edinburgh (EH), Falkirk and Stirling (FK1–FK9) and Paisley (PA1–PA3, PA5–PA7). If we surveyed your roof, you can add RoofCare to it.

Is RoofCare cheaper than booking a survey each year?

Yes. Repeat one-off surveys are £99 each, so once you're a member each yearly survey costs £79 and adds condition tracking, priority booking and the portal on top.

Question 12

What if a storm hits between my yearly surveys?

Accepted Answer

Members get priority when a named storm affects their postcode area, and we email storm guidance to affected members. If you need an extra flight before your anniversary, contact us and we'll fit you in as soon as the weather allows.

Does RoofCare include repairs?

Accepted Answer

No. AyeInspect carries out no repair work of any kind — RoofCare is monitoring and reporting only, so our findings stay completely impartial and you can take them to any roofer you like.
