Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Ayeinspect offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers £99 roof inspections (including bookings where the flight has not yet taken place) and unused survey credits.

Credits

Credits that have not been spent on a published report are refundable within the 30-day window. Where some credits from a pack have been used, we refund the unused balance at the per-credit rate you paid.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. See also Paddle's refund policy.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few working days to show the funds.
