Why Hamilton roofs need a closer look

Mixed housing stock

Victorian slate and 1970s tile fail in completely different ways. Aerial close-ups tell you which problem you actually have.

Chimney and flashing failures

Old Hamilton chimneys leak long before the stack looks unsafe. We photograph the lead work and the haunching directly.

Storm claim evidence

Date-stamped aerial photography an insurer can accept, without paying for scaffold just to prove a claim.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Glasgow (G postcodes), Lanarkshire (ML postcodes) and Edinburgh (EH postcodes). If your postcode falls outside these areas we can't currently book you in.

How do I book and can I choose a date?

Book online in a couple of minutes. You pick a preferred date and whether morning or afternoon suits you best — that isn't guaranteed, but we'll call you to confirm a mutually suitable time before we attend.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken online by card when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details, and you'll get an emailed confirmation straight away.

How long does the survey take?

The flight itself usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for a typical house. You don't need to be home as long as we can access the garden or a safe launch point.
