Why Cumbernauld roofs need a closer look

Flat and shallow-pitch roofs

Felt and single-ply roofs fail invisibly from ground level. From above, ponding, blistering and split seams are unmistakable.

High exposure to wind

Sitting on a ridge means constant wind loading on verges, ridges and flashings — the parts we check first.

Fast storm turnaround

After a named storm we can photograph and grade your roof without waiting weeks for scaffolding or a roofer.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Glasgow (G postcodes), Lanarkshire (ML postcodes) and Edinburgh (EH postcodes). If your postcode falls outside these areas we can't currently book you in.

How do I book and can I choose a date?

How do I pay?

Payment is taken online by card when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details, and you'll get an emailed confirmation straight away.

How long does the survey take?

The flight itself usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for a typical house. You don't need to be home as long as we can access the garden or a safe launch point.
