Drone roof inspections in East Kilbride£99 fixed price

East Kilbride's post-war estates and newer developments share the same weak points: shallow-pitch concrete tiles, long gutter runs and exposed gable ends. We photograph every elevation of your roof from the air and send back a graded, plain-English damage report.

Why East Kilbride roofs need a closer look

Concrete tile estates

Interlocking concrete tiles slip and crack in high wind. From above, a single displaced tile is obvious long before water shows inside.

Exposed plateau weather

East Kilbride sits high and catches the wind. Ridge caps, dry verges and flashings take a beating year after year.

Selling or buying in G74/G75

A photographic roof report gives you evidence before a home report condition rating knocks money off the price.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Glasgow (G postcodes), Lanarkshire (ML postcodes) and Edinburgh (EH postcodes). If your postcode falls outside these areas we can't currently book you in.

How do I book and can I choose a date?

Book online in a couple of minutes. You pick a preferred date and whether morning or afternoon suits you best — that isn't guaranteed, but we'll call you to confirm a mutually suitable time before we attend.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken online by card when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details, and you'll get an emailed confirmation straight away.

How long does the survey take?

The flight itself usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for a typical house. You don't need to be home as long as we can access the garden or a safe launch point.
