How much does a drone roof inspection cost?

A full drone roof inspection with a photographic damage report is £99 including VAT-free fixed pricing — no call-out charge, no scaffolding and no extras.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Glasgow (G postcodes), Lanarkshire (ML postcodes) and Edinburgh (EH postcodes). If your postcode falls outside these areas we can't currently book you in.

How do I book and can I choose a date?

Book online in a couple of minutes. You pick a preferred date and whether morning or afternoon suits you best — that isn't guaranteed, but we'll call you to confirm a mutually suitable time before we attend.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken online by card when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details, and you'll get an emailed confirmation straight away.

How long does the survey take?

The flight itself usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for a typical house. You don't need to be home as long as we can access the garden or a safe launch point.

When will I get my report?

Accepted Answer

Reports are normally sent within 48 hours of the flight, and usually the next working day. It arrives by email as a private link — there's no account to create and no login.

What does the report actually show?

High-resolution photographs of every elevation with each defect circled, graded by severity and described in plain English, along with a written summary of the roof's overall condition.

Can I use the report for an insurance claim?

Yes. The report is date-stamped photographic evidence of the condition of your roof, which is exactly what insurers and loss adjusters ask for after storm or hail damage.

Do you need access to my roof or garden?

We never touch the roof. We just need a safe place to take off and land — usually a garden, driveway or nearby open ground.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Drones can't fly safely in heavy rain or high winds. If the weather turns we'll call you and rearrange for the next suitable slot at no extra cost.

Do you carry out the repairs too?

Accepted Answer

No — we're independent. We only survey and report, so there's no incentive for us to find work that isn't there. You're free to take the report to any roofer.

Question 12

Can roofing companies use your system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trade accounts sign up online, buy credits (from £10 per report, cheaper in packs), upload their own drone photographs and publish fully white-labelled reports and client emails under their own logo, colours and contact details.

Question 13

Can my whole team share one trade account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The account owner can invite colleagues from the Team page — everyone shares the same surveys, clients and credit balance, with member and admin roles.

How do I get in touch?
