Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are a contract between you and Ayeinspect ("Ayeinspect", "we", "us"), which trades the Ayeinspect drone roof inspection and AI damage detection service. By ordering an inspection, buying survey credits or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you order as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
2. The service
We provide aerial drone photography of a property, AI-assisted review of those photographs for roof defects (such as slipped tiles, hail impact, flashing and gutter faults), and a written photographic report. Trade customers may buy credits to run our AI detection on their own photographs and publish reports for their clients — one credit publishes one report.
Reports are an aid to visual assessment, not a structural survey, and are not a substitute for professional inspection where safety, insurance or legal decisions depend on it. AI detections may be inaccurate or incomplete; every finding is reviewed by a human before a report is published, but you remain responsible for how you rely on and act on a report.
3. Your account and conduct
Trade accounts must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under them, and must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading imagery you do not have the rights to or which was captured unlawfully; or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing usage limits).
4. Content and intellectual property
Ayeinspect retains ownership of the service, its software, models, report templates and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and the reports produced for you within the plan or credits you have purchased. No reverse engineering, resale of the underlying detection service, or redistribution of the platform is permitted.
You retain rights in the photographs you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service. If a rights-holder believes content on the service infringes their rights, they can contact us to request takedown; we may remove content, refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
5. Service level
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payments, billing and cancellation
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes as calculated at checkout. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, unused credits may be forfeited where termination follows your breach; otherwise we will refund unused credits on request. You can ask us to export or delete your surveys and imagery for 30 days after access ends, after which data may be deleted.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here.
