Common questions
What counts as one credit?
One completed report for one property. Uploading, re-analysing and editing findings on that survey costs nothing extra — a credit is only consumed when the report is generated.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy them when they are cheapest and use them whenever the work comes in. There is no monthly fee and no minimum usage.
Do I need my own drone?
Yes. Trade accounts fly their own aircraft with their own pilots and insurance. AyeInspect supplies the software that turns your imagery into a branded report.
Is my client billed by AyeInspect?
Never. You bill your client at whatever you charge. Your only cost is the credit.
