Why Livingston roofs need a closer look

Same-age estate roofs

Whole streets were built together, so when one roof starts shedding ridge mortar the neighbours usually aren't far behind.

Dry verge and ridge failure

Plastic dry verges become brittle and lift. It's a cheap fix caught early and an expensive one caught late.

New-build snagging

Aerial photography catches missed nails, cracked tiles and poor flashing work while a warranty claim is still open.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Glasgow (G postcodes), Lanarkshire (ML postcodes) and Edinburgh (EH postcodes). If your postcode falls outside these areas we can't currently book you in.

How do I book and can I choose a date?

Book online in a couple of minutes. You pick a preferred date and whether morning or afternoon suits you best — that isn't guaranteed, but we'll call you to confirm a mutually suitable time before we attend.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken online by card when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details, and you'll get an emailed confirmation straight away.

How long does the survey take?

The flight itself usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for a typical house. You don't need to be home as long as we can access the garden or a safe launch point.
