Our story
Founded in Airdrie, Scotland
Ayeinspect was born from a frustration many homeowners know too well. Roof damage is often discovered too late — after a leak appears, a tile slips or an insurance claim becomes complicated. Traditional inspections can be slow to arrange, expensive, and sometimes unsafe.
We knew there had to be a better way. Using high-resolution 4K drone imagery, we can capture every accessible part of a roof without anyone needing to step foot on it. Our AI then carefully analyses each image, identifying slipped or missing tiles, damaged flashing, blocked gutters, cracked ridges, chimney defects and other visible signs of wear.
Every finding is highlighted, prioritised by severity and presented in a clear, easy-to-understand report — so you know exactly what is happening overhead.
