What's new at Ayeinspect: everything we've shipped this week

Booking calendars, live job tracking, personal client videos, fully white-labelled trade reports and team seats — here is what has landed recently, and how to get your own idea onto the list.

Ayeinspect is built and improved almost every day, usually off the back of a phone call with a homeowner or a roofer telling us what would make their life easier. Rather than let those changes go unnoticed, here is a plain-English round-up of what has landed recently on both sides of the platform.

For homeowners booking a survey

  • A live booking calendar, so you can pick a date and an AM or PM slot that actually has availability rather than waiting for us to call back.
  • Residential and commercial pricing at the point of booking — £99 for a home, £149 for a commercial property, with no surprises later.
  • A job tracking page with its own private link, showing exactly where your survey is: booked, flown, under review, report ready.
  • A short feedback form after the job, so the reviews on the site come from real customers with real survey references behind them.
  • Tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons across the site, because most people would rather send a message than fill in a form.

For the reports themselves

  • A toggle on every photograph to hide the circles and see the roof exactly as the drone saw it — the markers always reappear when you print or save to PDF.
  • Clearer defect markers that no longer stack on top of each other when two faults sit close together.
  • A caption on every photograph so you know which elevation you are looking at, rather than guessing from the angle.
  • An optional personal video from us at the top of the report, thanking you for the job and walking you through the headline findings.
  • A redesigned report layout that looks like something worth handing to an insurer or a roofer, not a spreadsheet printout.

For trade accounts

  • Full white-labelling: your logo, your brand colour and your contact details on the report and on the emails your client receives.
  • Team seats, so your surveyors can work under one company account and share the same credit balance and job history.
  • Manual defect circling, for anything the AI missed or anything you want to draw the client's attention to yourself.
  • AI photo captions and bulk approval, which cut the review time on a multi-elevation job down considerably.
  • An in-app guide with real screenshots of the system covering surveys, reports, team members and topping up credits.

Behind the scenes

There is also a fair amount you will never see: a proper support ticketing system so nothing gets lost in an inbox, automated appointment reminders, branded transactional emails, and a steady programme of security tightening around who can read what. Boring work, but it is what keeps the interesting parts trustworthy.

Got an idea? We genuinely mean it. If there is something that would make your surveys quicker, your reports clearer or your clients happier, tell us — small requests often ship the same week.

How to get your suggestion on the list

Use the contact form and pick Support if you already have an account, or Sales if you are weighing us up. You can also WhatsApp or call us on 07305 477389. We read everything, and the changes above came almost entirely from people who took two minutes to tell us what was annoying them.

More is landing daily. If you want to see how it all fits together before committing, have a look at the sample report or the trade page — both are kept in step with whatever shipped most recently.
