New for trade accounts: team scheduling and a live job board

If more than one person flies for your company, the new job board tells you who is doing what, where, and how far along each survey is.

Single-operator accounts get by with a diary. The moment you have two or three people flying, jobs get double-booked, surveys sit half-finished, and nobody is sure whose report is late. The new Jobs board in your workspace makes the whole week visible.

What it does

  • Assign any survey to a specific team member on your account.
  • See every job grouped by status — unassigned, scheduled, in progress and published.
  • Filter to one surveyor to check their day before they set off.
  • Jump straight from a job card into the survey workspace or on-site capture.

It pairs with on-site capture

Assign the job, and your surveyor opens it on their phone through the on-site capture screen — uploading photographs, adding captions and running analysis from the driveway. By the time they are back in the van, the office can already see the job move along the board.

Where to find it

Sign in to your trade account and open Jobs in the workspace navigation. Add colleagues first under Team, and remember each published report still costs one credit regardless of who flew it.

Reminder for trade accounts: you fly your own drone under your own operator permissions. AyeInspect supplies the analysis, the report system and the branding — not the pilot.
