A trade account on AyeInspect has always been simple: buy credits, publish reports under your own brand, one credit per published report. What has changed is everything around that — the way you start, the way volume is rewarded, and the paperwork at the end of the month.
Three free credits, no card required
Every new trade account is granted three credits on signup. That is three complete, published, white-labelled reports for your own clients before you spend anything. You do not need to choose a pack, and you do not need to enter card details to claim them. Buy credits when the free three have proved the system works on your own jobs.
Loyalty tiers that pay you in credits
There is no subscription and never will be. Instead, your tier is earned from the credits you have bought over the lifetime of the account, and the reward is more credits rather than a discount you have to remember to apply.
- Bronze — from your first day: pay-as-you-go credits, white-label reports, email support.
- Silver — at 50 lifetime credits purchased: +2 bonus credits on every pack of 25 or more, plus a priority analysis queue.
- Gold — at 200 lifetime credits purchased: +5 bonus credits on every pack of 25 or more, plus priority support.
Bonus credits land automatically the moment a qualifying pack is paid for. Credits never expire, so nothing is lost if you have a quiet winter.
Auto top-up for busy weeks
The worst moment to discover you are out of credits is standing in a client's driveway with the photos already taken. Auto top-up lets you set a low-balance threshold and a pack to buy automatically, using the card already on file, so the balance refills before it becomes a problem. It is off by default and you can switch it off at any time from the dashboard.
Statements and promo codes
The billing page in your dashboard now shows a full credit statement: every purchase, every bonus, every report published and what it was spent on, with a branded PDF you can download or print for your bookkeeping. Promo codes can also be applied at checkout — if we run a seasonal offer or you have been given a code, it goes in on the payment step and the discount shows before you pay.
Getting started
Create a trade account, claim the three credits, upload the photos from a job you have already flown, and see what a finished report looks like with your logo and colours on it. If it does not do the job, you have spent nothing.
