What the Passport shows
- An overall roof health score for the property, updated with every new survey
- Every survey we have flown at the address, in date order, with the reports attached
- Defects that were found, and whether they were fixed, worsened or stayed the same
- The photographic evidence behind each finding, circled and described in plain English
Why it matters when you sell
Buyers and solicitors are wary of roofs because nobody can see them. A Passport link in your listing pack shows an independent record of condition — including any repairs you have had done since — rather than a single, easily-doubted photograph. Because AyeInspect never quotes for repair work, the record stays impartial.
Why it matters for insurance
The hardest part of a storm claim is proving the roof was sound beforehand. A Passport with a survey from last year and one from after the storm does exactly that: same address, same pitches, dated evidence either side of the event.
