New for trade accounts: on-site capture, built for a phone in the rain

Stop getting back to the office to discover the rear elevation is missing. On-site capture turns your phone into the survey workflow: caption as you shoot, upload as you go, and check coverage before you pack the drone away.

The single most common cause of a re-visit is not a technical failure — it is a gap. You fly the property, get back to the desk, and realise nobody photographed the rear-left valley or the chimney flashing. On-site capture is designed to close that gap while you are still standing in the driveway.

Capture, caption and upload from the phone

Open a survey on your phone and tap On-site capture. Select photos straight from the camera roll and they upload one at a time in the background while you carry on working. Each photo gets a caption from tap-to-select position chips — front left, rear right, guttering, chimney, ridge, valley — so the labelling that drives your report (and the numbered roof heatmap) is done in seconds, not an hour later from memory.

Built for bad signal

  • Uploads run sequentially so a weak 4G signal does not choke the queue.
  • Anything that fails is kept in the queue with a clear retry, not silently dropped.
  • Progress survives an accidental screen lock — the queue picks up where it left off.
  • Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, full screen.

Coverage checks before you leave

As captions land, the capture screen tracks which standard positions you have covered and which you have not. If the rear elevation or the guttering has nothing against it, you will see it while the drone batteries are still warm. That one prompt is worth more than any amount of office-side tidying up.

Straight into the same workflow

Everything captured on site lands in the normal survey workspace on the desktop: AI analysis runs on the photos, you approve or reject findings, group related defects across angles, reorder photographs and publish. Your report stays fully white-labelled with your own logo, colours and report domain — one credit per published report, as always.

New trade accounts can still claim 3 free credits — enough for three complete white-labelled reports — while the introductory offer runs.
