Two new optional add-ons now build directly on that impartiality: an insurance evidence pack for claims, and a quote comparison companion for when the repair quotes start arriving.
Insurance evidence pack — £39
If you are making a buildings insurance claim — storm damage, a leak, a slipped slate — the claims handler wants clear, dated evidence. The evidence pack is a single printable document built from your survey: every confirmed defect with its annotated, timestamped photograph, a severity summary, and official weather data for your postcode around the survey date to corroborate conditions. It is designed to answer the questions a claims handler asks before they ask them.

Quote comparison companion — £29
Once your report is published and you start collecting quotes from roofers, upload up to three of them (PDF or a clear photo) and we check each one line-by-line against your impartial findings. The comparison shows whether each quote covers the defects your report identified, and flags work that has been quoted but that your survey did not find — the classic sign of an inflated or mis-scoped quote. Crucially, we never recommend a roofer: you get the facts and you decide.

How to get them
Both add-ons are optional extras you can add after your survey, straight from your report page — look for the "Get more from your report" section near the bottom. Pay securely through the same checkout you used for the inspection, and the pack or comparison is delivered to your email and linked from your report. The underlying £99 inspection price is unchanged.
